VistaUSD IT is investigating Secureprint at this time. Users who print to Secureprint3 or Secureprint4 and login to any canon are not able to see their print jobs in their queue at this time.

We have had a week of stability after our last round of maintenance with SecurePrint. The issue is resolved.

A subset of users can not log in to the Canon copier to print SecurePrint print jobs. VistaUSD is working with Signa to resolve this issue.
